I also would agree on making the weather icon a bit darker. Cydia icon rocks!
It's hard to get a feel for it all together because there are only a few icons.
I would definitely want to try this on 3.0.

The only thing I would change would be the album for iTunes. As Kon said in the MacThemes forum (which place do you prefer critiques?) the Kanye West album art is overused and not a favorite of myself and others. But regardless of what you use as the album, if anything, (because maybe a music note would work?) the album, I think, would look much better if it were bigger. The pedestal that it is on is huge, and I feel I have to peer at the album to see what it is. In terms of the .99 sign, I think it would be better left off. The pedestal+musicalnote/album cover/cd standing up I think can hold its own.
